Enabling the movement towards advanced chip design, KLA's Global Products Group (GPG), which is responsible for creating all of KLA’s metrology and inspection products, is looking for the best and the brightest research scientist, software engineers, application development engineers, and senior product technology process engineers. First to deliver the best imaging and classification data for every defect or point on any layer at any time. EBeam’s mission encapsulates its role as the “eyes” of KLA’s product line, providing timely information on defects and critical locations on the wafer at the highest spatial resolution possible. Customers use EBeam products alongside KLA patterned and bare wafer inspectors to quickly understand the nature of defects and other imperfections on product wafers and take action to correct the manufacturing process. KLA's eBeam Division seeking a passionate software Manager to join us and help define and deliver high quality solutions for our current and future generation products in our portfolio. You will be responsible to lead teams that build machine control software for our products which would have a direct impact on the semi-conductor manufacturing leading up to a better quality of life for all. You should be somebody who feels strongly about developing individuals and nurture an environment of innovation and customer focus. Having a keen interest and ability to analyze problems and tackle them would be essential in this role. The role would require the following key skills Provide technical leadership and be able to support the detailed analysis and tradeoffs for the various solutions Able to uncover root causes, devise and drive innovative analyses and solve difficult problems that span whole systems or organizations. Drive adoption of Agentic AI to accelerate solution delivery, improve engineering productivity, and embed AI-powered capabilities into core software products to enhance customer experience and reduce time-to-recipe. Lead a medium sized team of 6 to 8 engineers working on different product releases and product domains. Own schedules and outcomes for features assigned to the team. Minimum Qualifications A Master's Degree with 6 years demonstrated ability, or a Bachelor's degree in either Computers or a related Engineering field plus 8 years of confirmed experience is required.
