KLA's eBeam Division seeking a passionate software Manager to join us and help define and deliver high quality solutions for our current and future generation products in our portfolio. You will be responsible to lead teams that build machine control software for our products which would have a direct impact on the semi-conductor manufacturing leading up to a better quality of life for all. The role would require the following key skills Provide technical leadership and be able to support the detailed analysis and tradeoffs for the various solutions Able to uncover root causes, devise and drive innovative analyses and solve difficult problems that span whole systems or organizations. Drive adoption of Agentic AI to accelerate solution delivery, improve engineering productivity, and embed AI-powered capabilities into core software products to enhance customer experience and reduce time-to-recipe. Lead a medium sized team of 6 to 8 engineers working on different product releases and product domains. Own schedules and outcomes for features assigned to the team. Minimum Qualifications A Master's Degree with 6 years demonstrated ability, or a Bachelor's degree in either Computers or a related Engineering field plus 8 years of confirmed experience is required.
