Responsibilities

Conduct patent and scientific literature searches to support critical intellectual property and business decisions. Develop innovative search strategies using advanced research methodologies and specialized patent databases. Deliver actionable patent analytics supporting due diligence, litigation, and freedom-to-operate assessments. Partner with patent attorneys, scientists, and business teams to define objectives and deliver insights. Translate complex technical information into clear recommendations for diverse stakeholders. Maintain high-quality documentation, search records, and confidentiality standards across all projects. Strengthen organizational expertise by sharing best practices and monitoring industry developments. Essential

Requirements

(Prof.) Master degree (or PhD) in Biology or Biochemistry or a related scientific discipline.

Experience

in patent searching, intellectual property research, technical research, or patent analytics. Proficiency using patent and scientific literature databases and advanced search platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively within a global environment. Knowledge of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related life sciences industries is a plus
