You will oversee the entire quality engineering lifecycle with a strong emphasis on automation, ensuring that testing activities are executed with precision and reliability. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of testing outcomes, contributing to the continuous improvement of quality standards within the project environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows. - Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices related to automation and quality assurance. - Monitor and analyze test results to identify defects and areas for improvement in the automation framework. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks using Python. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance principles. - Familiarity with continuous integration tools and version control systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug automation scripts to ensure robustness and reliability. - Knowledge of scripting for test data generation and test environment setup.
