Collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth and secure software releases is a key part of daily activities, along with monitoring system performance and addressing any operational challenges that arise to maintain a robust development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of best practices in DevOps processes to enhance productivity and quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster continuous learning and improvement. - Coordinate with stakeholders to align infrastructure and deployment strategies with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Experience with cloud infrastructure management and automation tools. - Strong understanding of container orchestration platforms and security best practices. - Ability to design and implement end-to-end continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines. - Familiarity with scripting and configuration management to support infrastructure as code.
