This position reports to: Global eCommerce Lead - ABB Motion __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to join ABB Motion's Global eCommerce team and contribute to the development and expansion of digital sales channels across multiple countries and business divisions. You will work in an international environment, collaborating with stakeholders from different functions and regions while supporting ABB's digital transformation journey. The program is made up of three assignments in different roles and starts in October 2026: One nine-month assignment in your home country as an introduction to the business. One six-month international assignment to gain exposure to ABB's eCommerce activities in another country and expand your professional network. One nine-month assignment back in your home country/business, where you will deepen your expertise and prepare for your next role within ABB. During the program, you will participate in a structured leadership development journey designed to strengthen your business and leadership capabilities. The last assignment is the time where you start to look for your next position, to be started after the end of the program. Main activities: Support the development and global adoption of ABB Motion's eCommerce strategy across divisions and Local Sales Units. Analyze business and customer data, providing insights and recommendations through Business Intelligence and Data Analytics activities. Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, including eCommerce optimization, AI-driven solutions, and process improvement projects. Support the implementation of eCommerce tools and processes across different countries, driving adoption among sales teams and channel partners. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and support business activities through reports, presentations, business cases, and management updates. Qualifications for the role Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Digital Business, or related fields. Strong interest in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Digital Business and eCommerce. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into business recommendations. Strong business mindset and ability to understand complex organizational processes. Proactive attitude, curiosity, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn in a fast-changing environment. Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in an international organization. Interest in digital transformation, Artificial Intelligence and customer-centric business models. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Additional languages are considered a plus. Ability to think globally while understanding local business needs. Eligibility to work in one of the preferred locations: Italy or Spain This opportunity is open to candidates in multiple countries, with the final work location determined based on the selected candidate.
