Job Title: Case Manager - Bilingual Division/Program: Star View Teammates - Early Psychosis Intervention Starting Compensation: 25.14 - 26.14 USD Per Hour Working Location: Torrance, CA Working Hours/Shift: Mon - Fri: 40 hours a week, full time Why Join Our Team? Employee Recognition & Rewards: A culture that celebrates and rewards your hard work and dedication What you bring to SBHG: (Must meet one of the following) High School Diploma (or equivalent): Requires a minimum of six (6) years of direct service experience in the mental health field. Associate degree: Requires a minimum of four (4) years of direct service experience in the mental health field. Bachelor’s Degree: Requires a minimum of two (2) years of experience working in the mental health field. License or Certification: Valid California Driver's License (must meet agency criteria) Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish is required. How you will make a difference: This position has primary responsibility for providing oversight and care management to the clients referred to Star View programs. The Case Manager will provide services that may include case management/linkage, assessments, screenings, treatment planning/monitoring, and rehabilitation services to the clients and their families.
