If you enjoy working in a creative, fast-paced environment, then we would love to hear from you! — Who You Are: You are a trusted partner to the Product Development and Supply Chain teams, playing a key role in executing Accessories product costing processes. This role serves as the liaison to Product Development, Design, and Merchandising for cost data, while analyzing trends and identifying key cost drivers. What You’ll Do: Own the full costing process for the Outlet division, from initial seasonal design sketches and market preparation through cost finalization. Lead cross-functional seasonal costing meetings with Product Development, Design, Merchandising, and Materials teams. Lead cost negotiations and finalization with factory management teams. Provide product cost estimates from CADs or sketches to guide Design on cost-effective solutions before sampling begins. Validate Cost Breakdown Sheets and approve FOB costs. Maintain internal costing systems, including shared Excel files, PLM, and RLM, to support key milestones and ad hoc needs. Create and maintain divisional master data files containing all costing and production order data for the Accessories division. Analyze master data at both detailed and aggregate levels to identify order trends by dollars, units, factory, country of origin, and production category, supporting factory allocation and diversification strategies. Identify opportunities to develop formulas and tools that streamline data management processes. Manage one direct report. You’ll Need to Have: 5–10 years of experience in product costing and gross margin analysis within a large or mid-sized company. Strong knowledge of Accessories cost breakdown sheets, manufacturing accounting processes, and key cost drivers. Strong knowledge of Accessories customs import duty classifications. Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build analytical tools, use complex formulas and macros, structure documents, and conduct executive-level data analysis. Ability to estimate Accessories costs from sketches or CADs. Expertise in identifying cost drivers and recommending cost opportunities. Strong situational leadership and communication skills across various audiences and stakeholder groups, including Design, management, and factories.
