Qualifications

(Education, Experience, and Skills): 4 year College Degree in Related Field (ME, EE, IE, etc) or 2 year Degree + 2 years related work experience Sound knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems to assist with decisions related to Electro-Mechanical Processes Well organized, attention to detail and able to handle multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to prepare and present technical information to all levels of management and customers verbally and written.

Experience

with development of SAP, Control Plans, FMEA’s, Process Operations Standards, etc. Ability to lead projects obtaining the support of multiple departments Analytical skills to understand product and process change points impact. Highly efficient with personal computers and common applications such as Windows, MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, MSProject, Minitab.

Responsibilities

Manufacturing Process Development — Support the creation and refinement of manufacturing process flows and quality systems during new model introduction. Documentation Preparation — Develop and maintain required documentation for internal stakeholders and external customers. Process Verification — Ensure that manufacturing processes consistently produce products that meet all specifications and requirements.
