Responsible for Material Management RM / PM receipts, handling and storage.RM / PM Issues and reconciliation. Job works materials handling and storage. Inventory control & Reconciliation Responsible for GMP compliance and audit compliance , Good Documentation Practices ,Training and Continuous improvement in Quality System Ensure to follow SOPs by the team members Responsible for continuous improvement in Warehouse quality systems & safety and to upkeep the Warehouse systems as per the cGMP, USFDA, MHRA, ISO9000, ISO14000 and ISO18000. Responsible for all QMS related activities like online documentation, Change controls, Investigation, Internal/External Audit observation compliance, SOP's preparation & periodic revisions & any changes required in SOPs from time to time & ensure audit readiness. Training and developing non-technical staff for cGMP quality systems and safety systems and maintain discipline in the Department to maintain cGMP standards & safety values in Warehouse. Responsible for man and material Safety , Safe working conditions and clean environmental practices. Usages of PPE by all the team members. Identify and control unsafe acts & conditions with CAPA. Safety training for operators, helpers and contract workers. Report any incident / accident / near miss / illness to the superiors. Continuous improvement in Safety Systems Responsible for preparation of MIS Reports and Monthly statements. Responsible for coordinating with cross functional teams for uninterrupted material supplies. In case of absence concern Manager/designee shall be responsible.
