Responsibilities

Perform quality assurance activities across manufacturing operations. Verify product quality and ensure compliance with specifications. Support the Quality Engineer with quality control activities. Conduct routine process audits, ESD audits, and verification activities. Assist with corrective and preventive action (CAPA) management. Complete shop floor inspections, spot checks, and process monitoring. Drive and support continuous quality improvement initiatives. Support customer and internal quality audits. Assist with site calibration activities. Carry out Goods In and Goods Out inspections. Support the internal audit programme. Monitor and support change control activities. Develop and update QA work instructions and documentation. About You You'll be a motivated individual with a passion for quality and continuous improvement. Experience

carrying out quality audits. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of ISO9001 Quality Management Systems. Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Desirable BTEC ONC/OND in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering (or similar), or 3–5 years' experience in a Quality Assurance role within manufacturing. Experience
