Work Flexibility: Onsite Como Microbiology Technician, contribuirás a garantizar la calidad y seguridad de materias primas, procesos y productos mediante la ejecución de pruebas microbiológicas, monitoreo ambiental y cumplimiento de estándares regulatorios. Este rol ofrece la oportunidad de trabajar con metodologías analíticas, procesos de validación y actividades de control de calidad dentro de un entorno de manufactura altamente regulado. ¿Qué harás? Realizas pruebas microbiológicas de acuerdo con procedimientos escritos, estándares de calidad y requisitos regulatorios aplicables. Ejecutas muestreos ambientales en áreas controladas de manufactura para verificar el cumplimiento de los estándares microbiológicos establecidos. Realizas auditorías de cumplimiento en áreas de producción y documentas hallazgos conforme a los procedimientos vigentes. Operas y mantienes equipos de laboratorio microbiológico siguiendo instrucciones de uso, calibración y seguridad. Registras resultados de pruebas, elaboras informes técnicos y aseguras la integridad de la documentación requerida. Gestionas muestras destinadas a laboratorios externos de acuerdo con procedimientos documentados y requisitos de trazabilidad. Revisas y apruebas certificados de esterilización para la disposición final de productos, conforme a los criterios establecidos. ¿Qué necesitas? Requerido: Bacharelato o título de asociado en Microbiología, Biología, Biotecnología, Química, Farmacia o disciplina científica relacionada. Experiencia mínima de 3 años en laboratorio microbiológico, control de calidad o entorno regulado de manufactura. Experiencia en ejecución de pruebas microbiológicas y documentación técnica de resultados. Conocimiento de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (cGMP) y sistemas de calidad regulados. Experiencia en manejo seguro de materiales biológicos, químicos o potencialmente peligrosos. Deseable: Experiencia en monitoreo ambiental de áreas controladas o salas limpias. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
