Performance Objectives Do you enjoy solving people’s problems? Does bringing order to chaos excite you? As one of Movement Mortgage’s HR Administrators you would be contributing to a team that serves our employees' various needs. From scheduling meetings to onboarding our employees HR is the first response to our people—and here our employees are everything! Assists with various research and special projects Processes terminations and assists with onboarding new employees Performs clerical functions and distributes and replies to mail Prepares correspondences and audits terminated employee files Manages HR emails and maintains and distributes HR reports Provides customer service to both sales and field employees Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field preferred 2+ years combination of education and work experience equaling the aforementioned expectation 2+ years of Mortgage Industry experience preferred Knowledge of bonuses and commissions preferred Knowledge of math and financial terminology is a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications Excellent team player, ability to independently manage workload, set priorities, meet deadlines, work under pressure and adjust to change Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong research and project management skills Sound like a good fit? The expected salary range for this position is between: $47,900.00 - $58,500.00 The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
