Director - Regulatory Solutions

We are looking for a Director – Regulatory Solutions with deep expertise in some or all of PRIIPs, AIFMD, MiFID, and Solvency II, to represent Broadridge within the Luxembourg asset management and funds ecosystem, building senior relationships across Management Companies, fund administrators, depositories, and asset managers, while actively participating in ALFI working groups and industry forums. This person will strengthen Broadridge’s visibility within the Luxembourg fund community, and provide strategic insight on regulatory developments and market opportunities. This is a senior, relationship-led, and commercially strategic role, ideally suited to someone with extensive experience in the Luxembourg asset management industry, a strong professional network across the local financial services community, and deep regulatory expertise.
Responsibilities
Strengthen Broadridge’s presence and relationships across the Luxembourg financial services market. Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients in Luxembourg. Monitor relevant regulatory and policy developments across Luxembourg and the wider EU landscape. Provide strategic insight to stakeholders on regulatory developments, industry changes, and market trends. Represent Broadridge with relevant industry organisations, including key Luxembourg and European associations. Develop expertise in Broadridge’s regulatory reporting solutions to support client-facing and commercial discussions.
Requirements
5–10 years’ experience within the Luxembourg asset management or asset servicing ecosystem.
Experience
as a former senior professional at a ManCo, fund administrator, depository, asset manager, or regulatory advisory/consulting firm or Big Four firm. Deep regulatory knowledge across some or all of PRIIPs, AIFMD, MiFID, and Solvency II. Strong track record of participation in ALFI, LPEA committees, or other industry working groups. Well-established network and recognised presence within the Luxembourg fund industry. Strong understanding of Luxembourg fund structures, regulation, and the broader industry landscape. Demonstrated strength in relationship-building, stakeholder management, regulatory change impact awareness, and the ability to operate independently and represent the firm at senior industry level with a commercially strategic mindset.
