Job Title Clinical Solution Consultant - Fetal Monitoring (FieId: National Travel) Job Description Bring your passion for patient care and technology to this role where you’ll be responsible for leading the clinical implementation of Philips Fetal Monitoring solutions to ensure a quality customer experience. You will design, plan, and oversee the delivery of complex clinical solutions throughout the customer lifecycle, while managing the overall scope, budget, and resources. Your role: Consulting and partnering with customers, Customer Project Managers, Clinical Solution Specialists, Clinical Solution Consultants, and the sales organization to ensure smooth, effective, and successful delivery and implementation of Philips Fetal Monitoring solutions. Managing the configuration of various components and software revisions of complex fetal monitoring solutions to accommodate application and/or operational workflow in the customer environment. Analyzing existing customer workflows and facilitating proper change management, ensuring appropriate testing of systems, and establishing comprehensive training plans to provide a seamless transition of solutions to the customer. Identifying, investigating, and resolving application issues and potential defects. Accurately documenting and submitting findings per Philips standard processes. Approximately 90% national travel is required. Overnight stays and travel by air/train/bus required. You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital environment. Prior clinical training and adult education delivery experience required. Your skills include experience in Labor & Delivery hospital environments. Knowledge of fetal monitoring is required, and Philips Avalon monitoring equipment and applications preferred. You have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or equivalent licensure to practice nursing (Registered Nurse); must be able to provide verification for current/active license. Master of Science in Nursing degree and Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred. You have nursing informatics, healthcare administration, and/or change management experience. You have excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. You have project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and delegate. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Clinical position. You must be able to: Work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment; adhere to requirements. Work flexible hours (based on business needs). Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is a field role. Philips Transparency Details The annual pay range for this position in: AL, AZ, AR, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VI, VA, WV, WI, and WY is $90,000 to $143,000. DE, MD, MN, and RI is $95,000 to $150,000. CA, CT, MA, NJ, NY, WA, and Washington, D.C. is $101,000 to $160,000. This role also includes training and advancement opportunities. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation such as an annual incentive plan, sales commission, or long-term incentives may be offered.
