[What the role is] The Executive will be responsible for supporting the financial processes for Pre-Employment Training students. This includes processing claims, disbursements of financial awards, receipting and ensuring compliance with policies, guidelines and requirements from regulators and funding agencies. [What you will be working on] Facilitate and manage student finance-related matters and prepare relevant reports for stakeholders. Address enquiries from students and parents and follow up on any outstanding matters. Handle claims processing, disbursements and budget tracking of funds from funding agencies and reconcile records to resolve discrepancies. Perform financial reconciliation and participate in month-end and year-end closing activities. Ensure accurate record keeping. Participate in system enhancements and implementations. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions. Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Perform any other administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned. [What we are looking for] Qualification in Accounting or related accounting field. At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related accounting field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Meticulous with ability to handle large volumes of data. Committed and strong team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Capable of managing work independently. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and solve issues proactively.
