Requirements

Basic Purpose Provides administrative support to the Clean Water Administrator and multiple Clean Water Act programs, while also providing administrative support to the Construction Permitting and Operator Certification programs.
Responsibilities
include supporting the CWA Modernization Project, coordinating purchasing and inventory activities, assisting with permit exemption invoicing, document management and digitization, IT asset deployment, SOP development, administrative process improvements, and general division administrative support, including reception coverage. Typical Functions Provide administrative support to the Clean Water Administrator Coordinate purchasing and inventory activities for the Clean Water Act programs Coordinate deployment of IT assets to the Clean Water Act program staff Carry out the transfer/surplus/salvage of physical assets for the Clean Water Act programs Coordinate travel requests and approvals for the Clean Water Act programs Provide backup administrative support to the Construction Permitting and Operator Certification programs Support division-wide document management and digitization efforts Support division front desk coverage requirements Travel
Requirements
Administrative assistants must have reliable transportation within the OKC metropolitan area.

Requirements
Level I –
Education
and experience requirements at this level consist of a bachelor’s degree or four years of technical clerical, administrative, secretarial, or general office work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Level II –
Education
and experience requirements at this level consist of a bachelor’s degree plus one year of technical clerical, administrative, secretarial, or general office work, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. NOTE: Technical work is specialized knowledge, skills, abilities, and expertise needed to perform a job which may require independent decision-making and demonstrating leadership capabilities.
Physical Requirements
Administrative assistants must be able to operate a personal computer for long periods of time. Administrative assistants must be able to carry equipment or supplies of up to 25 pounds Special
