Per Diem Vascular Surgeon - Dover, NH
Qualifications
Mass General Brigham is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Vascular Surgeon to provide per diem coverage in Dover, New Hampshire. This is a flexible opportunity designed to support a growing community need, with a high degree of scheduling adaptability based on candidate availability. This role is ideal for vascular surgeons interested in supplemental work or those seeking flexible clinical engagement within a collaborative, community-based setting. About the Opportunity: • Highly flexible per diem schedule — we welcome any level of availability (weekdays, weekends, call coverage, or procedural support) • Opportunity to support an established and collegial care team within the Mass General Brigham network • Mix of inpatient, outpatient, and procedural care depending on candidate interest and availability • Access to system-wide resources and tertiary care collaboration when needed
Responsibilities
may include: • Providing inpatient vascular surgery consultation and management • Performing vascular procedures based on skillset and hospital needs • Supporting outpatient clinic coverage, if desired • Participating in call coverage, based on availability and interest
Qualifications
• MD or DO degree • Board-certified in Vascular Surgery • Active NH Medical License • Strong clinical skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach • Willingness to provide flexible coverage based on program needs

This is a per diem position. Hourly pay is $263 per hour/shift, depending on the type and timing of shifts worked. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.
