What you will do As the TA Manager for Poland, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and direct leadership of a recruiting team of 6, delivery recruiting excellence for Stryker’s Global Business Centre in Warsaw, Manufacturing Greenfield site in Skawina and the Commercial Business across all of Poland. You will drive the selection, development, and engagement of a high-performing team of TABPs. As a strategic talent advisor, you will build relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and diverse recruitment sources in addition to maintaining excellent partnership within TA. Your key responsibilities include leading a team that delivers a phenomenal client experience through credibility and results, while enabling future organizational growth. In addition to driving a culture of continuous improvement and development, you will inspire a team of recruiters to achieve greatness, lead Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives that allow us to deliver flawless execution to the business. Build and lead a highly efficient and customer-facing team of TA professionals who are business knowledgeable, proactive, responsive and client-focused, ensuring consistency in recruitment strategy and practices across the region in alignment with the Global Talent Acquisition Strategy Lead team responsible for identifying, evaluating, selecting and leveraging the most productive recruitment channels / tools needed to locate and present the best qualified candidates using the most cost-effective methods Enable a team of recruiters by managing, mentoring, coaching and developing their performance Coach and consult with hiring managers on recruitment and talent mobility best practices to ensure that talent acquisition is driving the business to meet and achieve its goals. Responsible for monitoring, reporting and driving the talent acquisition metrics and performance (Example: time to accept, time to present etc) and analyzing trends to identify and solve potential issues before they become issues Conducts critical analyses using business-intelligence tools to ensure analytics are assessed for efficiency and effectiveness that lead to profitability Continuous improvement: refine and increase the quality of search delivery and the diversity of slates Stay abreast of industry best practices, employment trends affecting the recruitment function and current employment legislation and policies Align regional processes and global processes, drive best practice standardization, promote accountability of metrics, and ensure team is meeting recruitment goals Instill a culture of positive recognition and continuous improvement throughout the Talent Acquisition team. Prepare, communicate, and educate the organization on recruiting resources / systems / procedures What you need Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 8+ years of work experience required Previous HR or role-related experience required 4+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred Business-level English Travel Percentage: 20% Stryker is one of the world’s leading medical technology companies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
