Job description

Job Details: SUMMARY: This position is responsible for maintaining the daily business processes for a defined group of customers including but not limited to keeping open lines of communication between Customer Service Representatives Field Sales Brokers and both internal and external customers. This position is responsible for receiving and processing orders and coordinating with several departments to ensure timely product movement and delivery to our customers. In addition this role maintains all aspects of our relationship with the customer providing necessary actions to bring together business processes of sales management credit production quality assurance transportation warehousing and all other departments involved in serving the customer and fulfilling their order. Other responsibilities include developing solutions to administrative issues regarding product pricing billing export orders and documentation preparation for exports etc. The person is responsible for building strong relationships with both internal and external customers and performing other duties as the need arises. This position will typically support challenging customers with high sales volume and demand; must be able to back-up other CSRs as needed; and attend and or conduct relevant meetings and other duties as the need arises. Other job duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS:

Education

High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor s degree preferred.

Experience

Previous customer service and or Tyson experience is preferred but not required. Communication Skills: Strong written presentation and verbal communication skills. Special Skills: Must work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to meet deadlines with a positive upbeat attitude for both internal and external customers. Travel: Little to no travel is required SHIFT: 7:30am – 4:30pm (1hr lunch) (Flexible start time of 8:00am – 5pm if desired) OTHER: Must be able and willing to cross train with team members and have ability to provide coverage as needed on the team.
