Work Flexibility: Hybrid Summary: Reporting to the Director, Business Excellence, APAC Neurovascular, the Manager, Business Development & Strategy will support strategic growth initiatives across the KISA region (Korea, India, Southeast Asia, and Australia). The incumbent will partner with regional and global stakeholders to shape growth strategies, evaluate business development opportunities, generate market insights, and support the execution of strategic priorities. What You Will Do: Strategy Provide market insights and strategic input from the KISA region (Korea, India, Southeast Asia, and Australia) to help shape APAC and Global Neurovascular strategies, ensuring regional perspectives are represented in key business decisions Support the Director, Business Excellence, APAC Neurovascular, in developing and executing country growth strategies across the KISA region Analyze business performance, market data, and industry insights to support the development of strategic priorities and growth initiatives Business Development and Integration Identify, evaluate, and pursue growth opportunities, including strategic partnerships and acquisitions across the KISA region, in alignment with the company's strategic objectives Support due diligence activities, integration planning, and execution for newly acquired or partnered businesses Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support business development initiatives Foster collaboration and trust across global and local commercial and business development teams to drive successful outcomes Industry Knowledge Monitor the competitive landscape, industry trends, and market activities across KISA markets Collaborate with regional and country leaders, as well as cross-functional teams, to support product launches and optimize New Product Development (NPD) portfolio planning and timelines What you need: Required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred Typically 7+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business development, corporate development, M&A, or business transformation, ideally within the MedTech, Life Sciences, or Healthcare sectors

Experience

driving complex regional projects and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment to deliver measurable business outcomes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into strategic recommendations

Experience

evaluating growth opportunities and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving business environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience

within the MedTech, healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries Knowledge of healthcare and MedTech market dynamics across the KISA region

Experience

supporting acquisitions, strategic partnerships, due diligence, or post-merger integration activities Familiarity with APAC healthcare regulatory environments and market access considerations

Experience

working in a regional or global role with diverse, multicultural teams. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
