About the Opportunity

Job Summary

The Success Manager manages the student experience for specific programs within the Experiential Digital Global

Education

(EDGE) team’s portfolio to deliver on Northeastern’s values around experiential learning. The Success Manager reports to the Program & Relationship Manager. Key

Responsibilities

& Accountabilities Advise and assist learners with academic and program concerns; serve as the connector for learners to various university resources Work with the instructional support team to facilitate learner engagement Develop and implement communication and engagement plans for learners Organize and attend live sessions and assist with delivery as needed Collect information and distribute reporting for learner success metrics; escalate specific learner concerns to the program manager Assist with course registration and manage student orientation Minimum

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree Two to four years of student support and/or operations management experience Highly developed people skills and ability to successfully communicate, both in writing and verbally, with a broad range of stakeholders Strong organizational, problem-solving, administrative, and time management skills Ability to analyze, synthesize, and summarize data Demonstrated strong business writing and project management skills

Compensation Grade/Pay Type: 107S Expected Hiring Range: $53,615.00 - $75,728.75 With the pay range(s) shown above, the starting salary will depend on several factors, which may include your education, experience, location, knowledge and expertise, and skills as well as a pay comparison to similarly-situated employees already in the role.
