Collaborate with business stakeholders, product management, architects, and customer leadership to define engineering roadmaps and execution strategies. Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams, including Engineering Managers, Technical Leads, Architects, and Senior Engineers. Establish delivery governance, operational metrics, engineering KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead cloud modernization, application modernization, and digital transformation initiatives. Drive Agile execution, release planning, capacity management, portfolio prioritization, and engineering productivity. Champion DevOps, CI/CD, automation, observability, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and AI-assisted software engineering practices. Promote engineering excellence by enforcing coding standards, design principles, code reviews, and architectural best practices. Identify delivery risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to ensure predictable outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills Must Have Skills Strong expertise in Java 17, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST API development. Hands-on experience in Reactive Programming using Spring WebFlux and Project Reactor. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, Clean Code principles, and software engineering best practices. Excellent architectural and design thinking with the ability to build scalable, resilient, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications. Strong understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, asynchronous messaging, and API-first design. Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and cloud-native application architectures.
