The Global Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the overall management and execution of RMS’s Service Delivery strategy for an assigned global customer or global customer portfolio, in line with customer SLAs and expectations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: Understand global Service Delivery requirements & expectations and drive consistent execution that meets those expectations Leverage Operations Dashboards and internal analytics to understand areas of service excellence & service gaps, and work with global teams on actions to address identified gaps Utilization of "Operational Excellence” in management of KPIs for the global service delivery team Lead and mentor global direct reports providing regular feedback, coaching and guidance based on performance, dashboards, and Personal Development Plan Management of other people manager, direct or indirect and in other regions Lead processes, project management, and operations across multiple regions Active utilization of Manager Effectiveness Toolkit Ensure that all assigned team-members have a solid understanding of customer global business objectives and the plans to attain those objectives Identify recurring service delivery interruptions & customer issues, drive root cause analysis and resolve via appropriate corrective & preventive actions Key customer contact for Service Delivery needs Collaboration across different areas of the business to drive standardization of leading practices Ensure global service delivery team has resources required to execute day-to-day operations Ensuring the utilization of Account Specific Onboarding for new team members in all regions Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements QUALIFICATIONS Required: High School Diploma Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management Operations Minimum 3 years of direct or indirect Management experience Ability to travel up to 10% (domestically / international) Flexibility in work schedules to work across global regions Preferred: Demonstrated experience driving operational excellence through standardized practices and continuous improvement methodologies Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop service delivery teams, including people managers, in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges effectively Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups Commitment to integrity, collaboration, diversity, and inclusion, with proficiency in leveraging Microsoft Office tools to support business objectives WHAT WE OFFER: Real opportunities to grow your talent in a fast-moving, global organization A fun, open, and inclusive workplace that encourages innovative thinking Possibility to develop your language skills in our multilingual offices Opportunities for professional growth with access to training platforms like Percipio Comprehensive benefits: competitive salary and performance-based bonuses, Private medical insurance, additional Life insurance, Cafeteria plan - My Benefit, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) after one year of employment We will review applications for this role on an ongoing basis and encourage all interested candidates to apply at their earliest convenience.
