Carrier Credentials Associate World Insurance is growing its carrier credentials team! The Carrier credentials function is part of Operations and works closely with World Insurance agencies and our carriers to provide administrative support that enables smooth client service and satisfaction. This role is responsible for maintaining employee access to carrier systems and ensuring the accurate assignment and management of carrier codes and credentials. The role requires the ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines and delivery excellent service to internal stakeholders while driving operational efficiency. Snapshot of Role Responsibilities:

• Create and manage carrier portal login credentials for agents, accountants, and all other World employees.
• Coordinate with newly acquired agencies and new hires to obtain and process carrier authorization requests and credentialing documentation.
• Maintain and update employee credentials records throughout onboarding and offboarding process.
• Communicate with insurance carriers to obtain, manage and maintain administrative access credentials.
• Research, verify and validate carrier codes to ensure accurate recordkeeping and timely processing. Partner with Carrier Administration to resolve discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve existing workflows and procedures.
• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience is preferred.
• Insurance experience is preferred; related experience is comparable.
