About the Job Outsource operation cost-center budget management, MFG expense routine monitoring and management. Investment evaluation, AFE application and final implementation. Optimizing operational efficiency in supplier sides, lead operation team to deliver high-quality, good performance products with a sustainable growth. Build long -term strategy development plan for production lines. Identify high-risk points related with packages lines and raw material. Continuously monitor the performance of strategic initiatives. Support for production line gross-profit optimization. Collaborate with marketing, procurement team to develop pricing strategies that balance market profitability. Develop comprehensive business continuity plans to deduction production disruption risk Success delivery strategic projects to meet company objectives or milestones. About You Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (electrical, semiconductor or materials, etc), operations management, business administration or related field. A master’s degree is highly preferred. 8+ years’ operation experience in semiconductor Industry. 3~5 years in leadership role. Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, product development and industry-specific knowledge. Fluent English in writing and speaking skill, able to use English to host meeting to discuss with relevant parties. Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills. Have capability to think long-term strategy and have good mindset to drive success. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capability to lead team and motivate cross-functions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in project management to ensure the successful execution of strategic projects.
