The System Development & Process Improvement Specialist supports the organization’s digital transformation by designing, developing, and improving business processes through low‑code solutions and automation. The role combines hands-on system development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Copilot) with strong process analysis and design capabilities. The incumbent works closely with business stakeholders, process owners, IT, and automation teams to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital solutions that increase efficiency, transparency, and data quality. Key Tasks Analyze existing business processes, identify pain points, and design optimized end‑to‑end process improvements Design, develop, and maintain low-code / no-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Copilot) Translate business requirements into functional designs, process flows, and system specifications Collaborate with business stakeholders, super users, and IT to align solutions with operational and technical standards Develop dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision making Ensure solutions comply with security, data protection, and governance standards Conduct testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go‑live support Prepare documentation, user guides, and deliver user training Continuously identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and digitalization Skills and Competencies Strong capability to understand, map, and redesign business processes Proven experience developing low‑code solutions in a business environment Ability to translate business needs into practical digital solutions Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset Structured, independent, and detail‑oriented working style Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users Continuous improvement and solution‑oriented mindset Educational Background / Work
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Process Management, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in system development, process improvement, automation, or business systems analysis Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end digital or automation solutions
Experience
in Shared Services, GBS, BPO, Freight Forwarding, Finance, or similar environments is an advantage Language Skills Fluent English (written and spoken) Additional languages are an advantage Computer Literacy Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps Power Automate Power BI SharePoint / Power Pages Copilot (AI features) Solid understanding of: Data modeling and reporting (DAX, Power Query / M – advantage) Power Fx (advantage) APIs, data interfaces, and system integration concepts (advantage) Advanced MS Excel skills Understanding of AI capabilities and limitations (LLMs, automation, analytics) is an advantage Inclusion and social diversity are firmly anchored values in our corporate culture.
