Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of production line operation to meet established quality standards in a timely manner. This role requires strong organizational skills as well as excellent communication skills both written and verbal. The successful applicant must possess basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and have the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work safely at heights on platforms and/or ladders; follow proper safety procedures and regulations • Monitor assigned equipment for malfunctions and troubleshoot when necessary • Train new employees on equipment operations and procedures • Keep work area clean and orderly; comply with ISO requirements • Input data into SAP system for tracking purposes; maintain accurate records and logs as required • Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns • Maintain appropriate documentation for all repairs performed by the technician • Ensure that materials used in manufacturing processes are free from defects and contamination • Assist with maintenance and repair activities as needed • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred but not required • Ability to read and write English documents • Basic math skills • Strong problem solving and analytical skills • Excellent attention to detail • Able to work independently with little supervision • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Basic knowledge of computers and how they operate •
