Job Description Inviting applications for the role of Senior Consultant, Resource Management This role will be responsible to enable the practice to meet its strategic goals and growth objectives, will closely work with managers & leaders in the practice to streamline and manage few core practice components like Resourcing, Utilization, Timesheet compliance, etc Key

Responsibilities

Resource Management Manage resource demand, allocation, deployment, and release planning. Track utilization, availability, skills, and deployment risks. Facilitate staffing reviews and resolve resource conflicts. Maintain accurate resource forecasts and identify hiring or upskilling needs. Monitor bench strength and support timely deployment. Timesheet & Compliance Management Drive timely and accurate timesheet submission and approval. Monitor compliance dashboards and follow up on exceptions. Ensure adherence to project codes, allocation guidelines, and internal policies. Project Controllership Support in review project health, budget variance, effort consumption, and milestone progress. Support project managers with forecasting and financial governance. Ensure timely project setup, closure, extensions, and change-control documentation. Establish consistent processes, controls, and operating rhythms. Stakeholder Management Partner with practice leaders, delivery teams, finance, HR, and sales. Provide data-driven insights for workforce and business decisions. Escalate critical resource, compliance, or project-performance issues. Drive accountability while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Required

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Technology, or a related discipline; MBA preferred. Good experience in practice operations, resource management, PMO, delivery governance, or project finance.

Experience

managing multiple projects or business units in a consulting, technology, or professional-services environment. Strong knowledge of utilization, project financials, forecasting, billing, and margin management. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, resource-management tools, ERP systems, and reporting platforms. Strong analytical, communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
