Responsibilities
Provide operational and technical support for the daily operation of cooling water, compressed air, chilled water, RO water, heat pump, steam, and related auxiliary systems to ensure stable and continuous utility supply to production. Monitor key operating parameters, alarms, interlocks, and system trends; promptly identify abnormal conditions and support shift teams in fault diagnosis, on-site handling, and system recovery. Support critical field operations such as utility system start-up and shutdown, load adjustment, system switching, and equipment restart after maintenance, ensuring operations comply with SOPs and safety requirements. Assist in optimizing utility system operating modes based on production demand, equipment status, energy performance, and system reliability requirements. Provide technical guidance and on-site support to utility operators on operating principles, key parameter control, abnormality judgment, and standardized SOP execution. Collect, review, and analyze operation data, and prepare regular operation analysis reports to support production stability, equipment maintenance, energy efficiency improvement, and operational decision-making. Work closely with Maintenance, Production, Engineering, and Utility SMEs to identify equipment or system issues, follow up corrective actions, and support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement activities. Qualification
Requirements
for the Position College degree or above, preferably in chemical engineering, thermal energy and power engineering, mechanical, electrical, automation, or related disciplines. At least 3 years of hands-on operation experience in a continuous production plant, covering utility systems such as cooling water, compressed air, chilled water, RO water, heat pump, steam, and related auxiliary systems; familiar with utility system operating principles and field operation requirements. Strong ability in system analysis, abnormality identification, and practical problem solving; capable of supporting troubleshooting and stable operation of utility systems.
Experience
in PLC/DCS operation or monitoring of utility systems is preferred. Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with shift teams, Maintenance, Production, Engineering, and Utility SMEs. Strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness, integrity, and willingness to learn.
