Você será responsável por: Apoiar projetos de Melhoria Contínua e Excelência Operacional. Coletar, consolidar e analisar dados relacionados aos processos produtivos e administrativos. Elaborar relatórios, apresentações e materiais de apoio para acompanhamento de projetos. Atualizar e monitorar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs). Participar de eventos Kaizen, grupos de melhoria e iniciativas de resolução de problemas. Auxiliar na padronização de processos, procedimentos e melhores práticas. Contribuir com iniciativas voltadas à redução de desperdícios, aumento da produtividade e otimização de recursos. Quem procuramos? Procuramos um profissional com as seguintes competências e motivações: Cursando Engenharia de Produção, Administração ou áreas correlatas. Necessário ainda ter 4 semestres para finalizar a graduação. Conhecimento intermediário em Pacote Office, com foco em Excel. Desejável conhecimento em Power BI. Boa capacidade analítica e raciocínio lógico. Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal. Foco em resultados e melhoria contínua Interesse por inovação e desenvolvimento de processos.
