Group Treasury Dealer Your role & work environment As a Group Treasury Dealer, you ensure that ING Luxembourg manages its cash positions accurately on a daily basis across all currencies and maintains adequate funding in line with regulatory requirements and internal risk appetite. You contribute to the management of liquidity risks while supporting the Treasury transformation journey. You will join Group Treasury Luxembourg, a team of 4 professionals managing Capital, Interest Rate and Liquidity Risks. Working within a global Treasury organization of more than 120 colleagues, you will closely collaborate with Group Treasury teams based in Amsterdam, Brussels and other international locations. Your key responsibilities Daily Liquidity & Cash Management Understand and square cash balances on a daily basis and monitor structural business and balance sheet developments. Execute financial transactions, mainly with ING Bank NV, to ensure proper daily cash management and flatten Nostro positions. Ensure cash positions are funded adequately and managed in line with regulatory requirements and internal risk appetite. Liquidity Risk Management Challenge and ensure that the Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) remains within risk appetite. Support the Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process (ILAAP) locally and towards the Group Treasury functional line. Contribute to the development of the Liquidity Management Buffer concept, covering key balance sheet risks and liquidity consumption drivers under both normal and stressed conditions. Transformation & Stakeholder Management Support the ongoing transformation initiatives of Wholesale Banking and Private Banking, including the simplification of ING Luxembourg Nostro accounts. Collaborate with Group Treasury Money Market Dealers in Amsterdam and Brussels and contribute to functionally led projects. Stay up to date with regulatory developments, liquidity policies and transformation impacts affecting the cash infrastructure and liquidity management framework. As a you will also need: Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in bank payments and cash management activities. Knowledge of payment infrastructure and interactions between banks, including Nostro account management and cash balancing processes. Understanding of the importance of squaring Nostros and respecting payment cut-off times. High level of spoken and written English; French is considered an asset. Strong attention to detail, organization skills and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a risk-aware and results-driven mindset.
