Responsibilities
Marketing Data Pipeline Development: Build and maintain data pipelines using PySpark in Hadoop environments to extract, transform, and load marketing data from internal and external platforms First-Party Measurement & Experimentation: Support A/B testing, incrementality testing, and geo-based experiments to measure true marketing lift; prepare and maintain data pipelines for Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) initiatives CRM & CDP Analytics: Manage data flows between CRM systems and Customer Data Platforms; build audience segments, support personalization efforts, and maintain unified customer profiles Data Quality & Governance: Develop data quality frameworks with automated validation checks and anomaly detection; ensure data accuracy and support privacy compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA) Analytics & Reporting: Create automated workflows for campaign reporting and marketing performance dashboards; build analytics tools that provide insights into customer acquisition, ROI, and campaign effectiveness Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Insights & Analytics team, Data Science, and other functions to translate requirements into technical solutions; define audience segmentation and measurement requirements for campaign delivery. Significant collaboration with marketing data steward to ensure data ingestion requirements, audience qualification, and data quality standards are met. Support the management of unique consumer identifiers, identity resolution processes, audience matching, and privacy-compliant tokenization methodologies to enable audience activation and measurement. Required Skills Strong programming skills in Python with experience in PySpark and Spark SQL Advanced SQL knowledge for complex data manipulation and analytics Knowledge of data ingestion requirements for marketing automation systems.
Experience
with Hadoop ecosystem components (HDFS, Hive, YARN) Familiarity with data orchestration tools (Airflow, Oozie, or similar) Understanding of experimentation and data science methodologies: A/B testing, incrementality testing, and lift measurement
Experience
with marketing automation platforms such as WebEngage, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms. Understanding of marketing audience deployment and campaign targeting workflows, and segmenting customer audiences for deployment across email, mobile, web, and paid media activation channels.
Experience
with customer identity resolution, audience matching, unique consumer identifiers, hashed identifiers, and tokenization methodologies. Understanding of privacy-compliant customer matching practices. Knowledge of first-party data strategies and privacy-compliant measurement approaches
Experience
with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data studio) Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking Demonstrated ability and willingness to collaborate with stakeholders across global time zones, including participation in early morning or evening meetings with U.S.-based teams when business needs require Preferred Skills
Experience
designing and conducting survey-based marketing research, including audience sampling, hold-out group creation, questionnaire design, audience selection, hold-out group methodologies, response analysis, and participation incentive programs. Demonstrated experience in customer life cycle analytics Prior marketing analytics skills, within the B2B space or product marketing data management. Knowledge of building dashboards to measure leads generation and qualification
Experience
analyzing data related to marketing activities such as content creation, events such as trade shows & conferences, Webinars, partner led marketing, CRM through email, media campaigns etc Self-starter, able to work and problem solve independently with minimal supervision Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data/CRM Data Analytics, marketing technology, audience strategy or related field 5-8 years of experience in data analytics or data engineering, preferably with marketing data Certifications in cloud platforms, Salesforce, or data management are a plus Demonstrated ability and willingness to collaborate with stakeholders across global time zones, including participation in early morning or evening meetings with U.S.-based teams when business needs require. • Business-level English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare presentations, communicate analytical findings, and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
Experience
in data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI).
Experience
in analytics with a focus on data visualization.
Experience
leading design discovery meetings with end-users.
Experience
working in big data environments.
Experience
working in Agile or fast-paced and dynamic environments.
Experience
with SQL and understanding of data modeling concepts such as Star Schemas/Snowflake. Foundational knowledge of probability and statistics.
Experience
managing multiple priorities and working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
Experience
visualizing data with tools like Tableau; advanced Tableau skills are highly desired.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience in service level management, SLA reporting, or a similar role within a technology-driven environment. Advanced competence in Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
Experience
in mentoring and team collaboration. Visa experience or knowledge of the payments industry is a plus.
