Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and increase operational efficiency. - Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SD-WAN Implementation. - Strong knowledge of network architecture and design principles related to software-defined wide area networks. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues within SD-WAN environments. - Ability to analyze and optimize network performance to meet business requirements. - Familiarity with configuring and managing network security protocols in SD-WAN solutions. - Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to implement network infrastructure projects.
