1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: Assists in the design and build of enterprise infrastructure technologies to enable scalable, secure, and reliable business operations. Applies foundational knowledge to support infrastructure-related tasks or projects, automation, and system configurations, contributing to operational targets within the area of responsibility. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Assists in the design and build of enterprise infrastructure technology platforms and systems under close supervision, working across domains such as cloud services, network infrastructure, databases, storage solutions, computing platforms, and middleware technologies. 2. Supports automation, monitoring, and optimization techniques to ensure high availability and performance of infrastructure. 3. Collaborates with teammates to integrate new technologies and continuously improve infrastructure standards and processes. 4. Works to troubleshoot simple technical issues impacting infrastructure performance and reliability. 5. Supports compliance with technology strategies, standards, and governance to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence. 6. Provides technical support for infrastructure-related tasks or small, straightforward projects. 7. Participates in infrastructure designs, configurations, and procedures to support operational consistency. 8. Analyses technical infrastructure systems and processes and makes minor changes to address issues. 9. Works to learn technical fundamentals while supporting infrastructure technology operations.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Advanced degree in a relevant technical discipline. 2. Entry level or prior internship experience supporting infrastructure initiatives in organizational settings. The annual base salary for this position is $57,880.00 - $106,730.00 USD General Description of Available
