First American will always strive to be a great place to work, for all. What We Do Responsible for the successful onboarding of mortgage loans for ServiceMac clients. Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure all onboarding activities are completed timely and accurately. Coordinate and communicate timelines / status to clients, external partners, internal teams, management, and impacted groups. What You’ll Do Drive effective bulk loan onboarding processes. Build and sustain client relationships. Collaborate with clients, retiring servicers, and internal teams to ensure successful bulk loan transfer activities. Conduct online meetings/conference calls to set expectations, establish timelines, collaborate with all parties about concerns and ensure appropriate follow-up. Create and ensure project plans are kept up to date with all activities as they are completed. Ensure accurate communication is disseminated across all stakeholders including internal teams, external partners and clients. Provide the highest levels of professional customer service throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct a post-onboarding Lessons Learned exercise to identify what went well, what challenges were faced (and how they were handled), and identify new best practices. Responsible for updating and maintaining Bulk Procedures and Transfer Instructions What You'll Bring Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 4+ years of directly related experience Leadership skills with ability to build consensus among disparate groups Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously Strong customer service skills Strong internal communication skills including ability to work with various departments Strong background in Mortgage Servicing, specifically Transfers of Servicing Strong knowledge of department operating systems/applications and software/applications that integrate with those systems Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and teamwork skills Able to translate and communicate technical information to a nontechnical audience Self-motivated; self-starter Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Candidates selected for employment will be required to successfully complete a background check and credit check as a condition of employment, where permitted by applicable law. Pay Range: $85,000.00 - $113,300.00 Annually This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
