Job Summary
Mass General Brigham is expanding support for the research community and seeking an Applications Analyst II. The Applications Analyst II provides end user and systems validation support for MGB Digital Research Application’s Data Management and Integrity Tools, including: LabArchives, StudyTrax, Viva SiteVault, GitLab and additional research focused applications. More info on our website: https://rc.partners.org/research-apps-and-services/collect-data Summary Responsible for providing, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and ongoing maintenance of new and existing software applications. This role also provides training and support to end users.
Essential Functions
- Reviews system requirements and business processes; tests, debugs, and implements software solutions.
- Develops and executes test plans and performs other software quality assurance tasks.
- Trains end users on the operation of software applications. Develops end-user documentation.
- Provides ongoing support of the software applications by identifying and resolving issues.
- Runs reports, updates tables, and performs other tasks associated with the ongoing operation of the software environment.
- Participates in regular team meetings to discuss team activities, issues, and updates.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff. - Demonstrated analytic and problem-solving skills. - Ability to learn quickly. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions. - If utilizing Epic, you must be able to obtain the required certifications as outlined by program requirements.

Working Conditions
Hybrid with onsite work required in office, candidate must be flexible for weekly or monthly business needs M-F Eastern business hours required On remote workdays, employees must use a stable, secure, and compliant workstation in a quiet environment. Teams video is required and must be accessed using MGB-provided equipment

Pay Range
