The Project Manager is responsible for the management multi-functional project teams and overseeing implementation of new clients, services, or product changes in a matrix management environment. Responsibilities
Proactively manage assigned projects through effective relationship management and project management best practices to ensure the successful implementation of the range of products/services offered in conjunction with Broadridge solutions to clients, partners and other third parties Be responsible for the full lifecycle of projects: to plan, scope, schedule, manage and expand the various projects to meet targets of customer satisfaction, revenue, profit and utilization. Be responsible for preparing Operational documentation for projects requiring print and mail services Be responsible for obtaining client requirements and preparing internal documentation needed to facilitate application development and operational readiness Maintain and develop relationship with major clients, outsource providers and interface with the appropriate internal Broadridge associates to manage multiple implementations. Derive, understand, and document the current and future project best practices for the client. Assume ownership and responsibility for successful implementation of the various projects. Manage development and execution of multiple projects concurrently. Management and leadership of project teams including outsource providers. Work with internal and external company resources: analysts, developers, client services, print, operations, quality, etc. to ensure World Class delivery. Deliver quality products and services within a committed budget and schedule, by successful project planning and tracking, resource management, external, and internal communications, risk management, and building a strong, well-motivated project team. Requirements
Education
University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience. Professional accreditation in Project Management is an asset. (PMI)
Experience
Minimum 3 years of project management or related experience. Financial services and print industry knowledge. Familiarity with key markets (investment community) an asset.
Experience
utilizing project management software. Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical. Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and manage the execution of multiple projects. Demonstrated ability to ensure completion of tasks in departments throughout company outside of the authority of the role. Tools: Windows environment. All necessary advanced technological tools are provided. Knowledge/experience with Jira is an asset.
