Responsibilities

Own the IBP product roadmap, prioritizing business value, user adoption, and AI-driven capabilities. Partner with Planning, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to identify opportunities for automation, predictive insights, and process optimization. Lead the design, delivery, integration, and support of IBP solutions and related data products. Drive adoption of AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to improve demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, and operational performance. Establish data, process, and governance standards to ensure reliable planning outcomes. Continuously improve planning capabilities through automation, simplification, and generative AI technologies. Work with Agile teams to deliver scalable digital solutions that support business transformation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field 10 Years experience with Supply Chain Planning and Digital Technologies in manufacturing, preferably in Wind or industrial sectors. Strong understanding of Integrated Business Planning, S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, and manufacturing operations. Relevant experience delivering AI, analytics, automation, or data-driven solutions in a business environment. Proven product management experience in global organizations. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
