Job Description General Summary: As an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist, the Associate Director implements and executes recruitment strategies and programs to attract best in class talent for critical openings. Establishes effective partnerships with search specialists and hiring managers to create and manage talent pipelines, coordinate recruiting initiatives, and leverage relationships with third party search partners. Responsibilities
Design and implement approaches to identify and attract top talent to the organization inclusive of both organic attraction techniques and partnerships with external staffing partners. Build talent pipelines for near-term and longer-term organizational capability and capacity needs. Conduct proactive talent pipelining and sourcing initiatives leveraging industry expertise and relationships, as well as research/mapping. Using a consultative approach, collaborate with HR Business Partners and assigned clients to translate workforce planning analytics into proactive pipeline development. Consult with and advise internal stakeholders on talent decisions and strategies. Help manage and participate in targeted recruiting initiatives. Collaborate with other Human Resources stakeholders to develop action plans for hiring key, hard-to-find talent. Advise hiring managers on establishing appropriate roles for each member of the interview team; coach them as needed on technical, functional and behavioral interviewing. Grow current network, foster new relationships with potential candidates, and attend/coordinate networking events to further identify top talent for the organization. Interview candidates for core competencies, leadership competencies, cultural fit and future potential. Track milestones and timelines across projects, analyzing and communicating project risks and issues as necessary, making adjustments to project plans, timelines or resources to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment process. Prepare and negotiate job offers and close candidates. Work on additional cross-functional projects as part of the long-term strategy of building a best-in-class talent acquisition organization. Knowledge and Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate complex issues and concepts to a wide range of external and internal stakeholders. Demonstrated expertise and proven track record of success in talent acquisition best practices. Demonstrates digital and AI fluency, with proven ability to leverage AI-powered tools and digital platforms across the recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement to enhance talent intelligence, interpret labor market data, and support data-driven hiring decisions.

Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent. Typically requires 8 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience #HYBRID #LI-MF1
Pay Range
$146,400 - $219,600 Disclosure Statement: The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
