Account Executive, JR & Mako
Job description
Work Flexibility: Hybrid About the job: As a Account Executive, you will receive hands-on training and experience in the use of Stryker’s Mako robot and related instruments, including setup, breakdown, and operative support, to ensure precise and successful surgical outcomes. You will also assist in relevant education and marketing events. What you will do: Complete Mako Robotics training and obtain certification for independent case coverage across applications Build strong clinical and technical knowledge of Stryker implants, instruments, and manual procedures Develop proficiency in proprietary software for pre-operative planning, implant sizing, and positioning Troubleshoot robotic system issues and collaborate with Field Service teams on technical matters Support day-to-day account coordination and assist in robotic procedures to achieve certification Build strong relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, understanding account preferences Manage administrative tasks including case tracking, billing, complaint reporting, Product
Experience
Report and Return Material Authorization processes Collaborate with sales teams, support product demos, and drive product utilization and growth within accounts What you need: Required
Qualifications
Minimum 1 years of work experience in a sales/marketing within the medical device industry or exposure to operating room experience Good communication skills, with proficiency in both Chinese and English Strong logical and analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and develop effective solutions High ethical standards and integrity A team player with strong relationship-building skills Results-driven and customer-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated aptitude in technical skills and technology systems and administrative procedures (e.g. ERP software, Office Suite, file processing, and record management). These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
