About the Department: The Portfolio Administration department is responsible for providing operational support to Institutional, Sub-advised & High Net Worth separate accounts managed by Franklin Templeton Investments. This is done through issue resolution as well as by providing accounting, reporting and end-to-end account knowledge to our internal and external partners. How You Will Add Value ? Core

Responsibilities

Ownership of assigned Institutional Separate Account portfolios on behalf of Franklin Templeton Services (FTS). Driving for solutions by proactively trouble shooting query resolution and tracking issues through to completion whilst collaborating with key groups and individuals globally. Developing solutions and delivering requested complex/custom reports and procedures. Providing support for on-boarding activities and participating in client/custodian meetings. Responsible for actively managing relationships of Institutional Separate Account world. Provide premiere and seamless client service to internal and external clients such as Sales/Marketing, Client Services, Portfolio Management, Trading and Performance. Following the move to BlackRock - Aladdin Investment Management Platform, provide day-to-day research and oversight over Aladdin Dashboard What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role ? Experience,

Education

& Skills: Possesses problem solving skills, detail orientation and good analytical skills. Communicates well to build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners. Has good organizational skills and ability to prioritize own workloads. Has confidence in working with various computer systems and applications. Has Bachelor’s degree and Investment Management industry experience. Knowledge of the Institutional Separate Account world would be an advantage, however, is not a requirement. Knowledge of automation tools and Aladdin is preferred but not essential.
