What You'll Bring: 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in the Auto industry/ financial services, technology, data, information services or related industries. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field is required; an MBA or postgraduate degree is highly desirable. Proven experience in sales leadership, business development and market expansion, with a strong track record of P&L ownership and revenue growth in the Auto industry is a must. Proven track record of Business Unit Management experience preferably within the Auto industry. Solid understanding of credit bureau operations, data-driven businesses, analytics and risk management solutions. Demonstrated ability to work with strategic partners, regulators and government institutions within the Mexican market. Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, investment evaluation and cost control. Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across geographies. Strong leadership, coaching and people management capabilities, with experience leading multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams. Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic vision, creativity and the ability to execute effectively in a dynamic and evolving market. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with strong problem-solving skills and sound business judgment. High level of computer literacy and familiarity with CRM, financial and business intelligence tools Impact You'll Make: The Sales/ Business Unit Manager is a senior business leader responsible for the overall performance, growth and long-term sustainability of TransUnion’s operations of the Auto Unit in México. This role leads the Auto Business Unit strategy, drives revenue growth and market expansion, and ensures strong operational, financial and regulatory governance. The Sales/ Business Unit Manager will work closely with the Regional Director and senior leaders across Sales, Product, Marketing, Data, Analytics, Technology, Operations, Finance and Risk to develop and execute the Auto Business Unit strategy within Mexico aligned with TransUnion’s global and Latin American objectives. This role requires strong executive leadership, commercial acumen and the ability to build strategic relationships with key clients, partners, regulators and government entities. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the long-term and annual Auto Business Unit strategy for México, aligned with TransUnion’s LATAM and global strategic framework. Overview of the the total operation of the Auto Unit. Own and deliver P&L results for the México business, ensuring profitable growth, revenue diversification and sustainable cost management. Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing client relationships and developing non-traditional and emerging market segments such as fintech, telecommunications and digital platforms. Lead and develop the local leadership and commercial teams, fostering a high-performance culture through clear accountability, coaching, talent development and succession planning. Direct sales, marketing and business development strategies, including key account management, strategic partnerships and solution-based selling. Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, industry associations, regulators and government entities to support business growth and compliance. Oversee market analysis, competitive intelligence, pricing strategies and product positioning to strengthen TransUnion’s market share in Mexico. Collaborate with regional and global Centers of Excellence to leverage product innovation, analytics capabilities and technology platforms for local market needs. Ensure effective operational, financial, IT and data security controls in line with TransUnion Group policies and Mexican regulatory requirements. Actively manage complex client situations, supporting senior negotiations, conflict resolution and long-term relationship management. Champion ethical business practices, corporate governance, risk management and compliance with all applicable local laws and internal policies. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
