Job Description Summary

The Senior Research Analyst will support the Research Team within the Business Development Services Department by collecting, managing, and analyzing commercial real estate data across office, logistics, retail, hotel, and data center sectors. This role is responsible for maintaining quarterly, semi-annual, and annual market datasets, supporting local and global stakeholder communication, and delivering accurate market intelligence. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in commercial real estate, experience with AI-assisted data collection and automation, proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and passion for research and real estate are essential for success in this position.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect commercial real estate data.
  • Gather transaction data and key market indicators for office, logistics centers, retail, hotels, and data centers.
  • Manage quarterly, semi-annual, and annual datasets while reflecting the characteristics of each sector.
  • Communicate with local and global stakeholders to provide data and market information.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of the commercial real estate market.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (graduates of real estate-related programs preferred).
  • Experience with AI coding for recurring and systematic data collection.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using data visualization tools for reporting purposes (e.g., Canva, Power BI, GIS).
  • Ability to write emails and communicate effectively in English.

  • Proactive and highly motivated attitude, with a passion for real estate.
