Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • • Assist Project Managers in planning, tracking, and executing projects.
  • • Support project scheduling, resource allocation, and task coordination.
  • • Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and action trackers.
  • • Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks and deliverables.
  • • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project activities.
  • • Assist in identifying project risks, issues, and dependencies and maintain risk logs.
  • • Prepare project dashboards, reports, and presentations for management reviews.
  • • Participate in project meetings and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • • Support process improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to project management standards and best practices.
  • • Learn and apply project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
