Responsibilities

People Leadership and Employee Relations Model the Novonesis Leadership Principles and ensure employees have the information and resources needed to perform their responsibilities. Coach and develop employees based on individual needs and job responsibilities, with a focus on technical expertise and leadership capability. Build a team aligned with the Novonesis Cultural Commitments and identify successors and employees with potential for greater responsibility. Ensure compliance with global, regional, and local employee relations policies. Partner with P&O to recruit employees for the manufacturing organization. Apply effective conflict management practices to foster a collaborative work environment. What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role At least five years of experience in production and/or supply chain management. Proven people leadership experience Comprehensive knowledge of business and production processes. Strong analytical and financial skills.

Maintain and improve the departmental quality system and ensure participation in audits and inspections, including follow-through on findings. Ensure NZNE complies with applicable food and feed requirements and maintains a strong food safety culture.
