Experience
and Skills: Minimum Bachelors in Statistics, Maths, Business, Engineering, and Supply Chain. Masters are preferable. Candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in an analytical role, with strong technical and problem-solving capabilities. Strong numerical and analytical skills with practical experience using forecasting tools and Excel.
Experience
running forecast review meetings and engaging commercial stakeholders. Good understanding of supply planning and customer service processes.
Experience
with SAP, IBP, OMP or other advanced planning/forecasting systems.
Experience
in pharmaceutical, healthcare or fast-moving consumer goods sectors. Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI; exposure to AI/Machine Learning techniques will be considered an added advantage. Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and coaching experience. Key
Responsibilities
Own the preparation, accuracy, and publication of Pre-DRM tools, forecasts, and relevant dashboards. Ensure data quality, governance, and maintenance of centralized repositories for reporting and market/region segmentation. Design, standardize, and automate reporting tools and demand processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, escalating when necessary to ensure adherence to CCC timelines.
