Our team provides full lifecycle cloud and infrastructure services from consulting on strategy to leading large technology implementations. You Are: We are looking for a dynamic and technically accomplished ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our pre-sales team. In this client-facing role, you will serve as the technical authority throughout the sales cycle — partnering with account executives to qualify opportunities, lead discovery sessions, craft tailored solutions, and deliver compelling demonstrations that showcase the value of our ServiceNow practice. You will be a trusted advisor to prospective customers, translating their business challenges into actionable ServiceNow solutions. The Work: Partner with sales teams to drive new business by providing technical expertise throughout the pre-sales process Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with prospective clients across all levels, including C-suite executives Design and present tailored ServiceNow solution architectures that align to client business outcomes Develop and present technical proposals, solution overviews, and responses to RFPs/RFIs Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow platform capabilities, workflows, and integration patterns Collaborate with delivery and practice teams to ensure solution feasibility and smooth handoffs post-sale Stay current on ServiceNow product releases, roadmap updates, and industry trends Contribute to the development of reusable pre-sales assets such as solution templates and case studies Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Here’s What You Need: Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow functional and technical experience required, including demonstrated ability to design and present enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions across one or more product lines (ITAM, ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR, SPM, SecOps, etc.) AND Understanding of ServiceNow architecture principles including integration, data modeling, and platform governance Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience). Professional Skills Requirements Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Excellent presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Bonus points if you have Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and/or ServiceNow certifications Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and enterprise IT frameworks You have external client-facing consulting experience Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
