Education
Master's degree in a Mental Health Field.
Experience
Five (5) years of experience in a mental health field providing direct clinical care are required, preferably experience with children or adolescents in residential or community-based settings. Two (2) years of leadership experience preferred.
Experience
working with county mental health is highly desired. License or Certification Licensed as MFT, LCSW, or LPCC required, plus two (2) years post licensure experience and able to provide Clinical Supervision to BBS-registered associates. A valid California Driver’s License and eligibility to meet agency driving criteria. How you will make a difference: This role is responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff who provide services to youth and families. The position ensures team members follow program guidelines, receive ongoing support and training, and provide quality care to clients.
Responsibilities
include participating in treatment meetings, supporting crisis intervention, overseeing program operations, and providing therapy services when needed. The role also assesses youth for services, coordinates referrals, and ensures all documentation and reports are completed accurately and on time. Division/Program Overview: Population Served (Capacity): Serving ages (0-18) Facility & Setting: Outpatient community-based services and support. Delivers client services throughout Stanislaus County within designated county limits. May be required to transport clients/client family members utilizing personal vehicle.
