Job Title: Brand and Customer Manager – Oncology Location: Dublin Competitive salary and benefits Introduction to role: Are you ready to elevate an oncology brand and turn scientific breakthroughs into real outcomes for patients in Ireland? As the senior brand management position in our Irish oncology team, you will lead the development, implementation and execution of the Brand Strategy Plan and strategic account plans. You will orchestrate a cross-functional group across sales, medical, market access, diagnostics and franchise leadership to harness insights, shape compelling campaigns and deliver sales and market share growth. How will you turn insight into decisive action across Ireland’s key oncology accounts? This hybrid position is based in College Park, Blanchardstown, Dublin, with frequent travel across Ireland and occasional international travel. It combines strategic leadership with hands-on customer engagement, ensuring our medicines reach the right patients at the right time through impactful partnerships and launch excellence. Accountabilities: - Brand Strategy and Planning: Partner with the Franchise Manager and cross-functional team to build and deliver the Brand Strategy Plan and key account plans, adapting global direction to local needs and timelines. - Launch and Campaign Excellence: Create engaging, multi-format content and assets; coordinate effective rollout of promotional campaigns across priority accounts; drive measurable uplift in adoption and sales. - Key Account Management: Develop and execute strategic account plans for consultants, specialist registrars, specialist nurses and pharmacists; deepen relationships to maximize prescribing and value across target accounts. - Forecasting and Budget Ownership: Own brand sales forecasts (PB, RBU2 and MTP) and manage the annual brand marketing budget with discipline, ensuring accuracy, clear trade-offs and strong return on investment. - Insights and Performance Optimization: Use market insights, targeting and segmentation to refine tactics; set KPIs; track performance; pivot quickly to seize opportunities and address gaps. - Vendor and Agency Leadership: Manage external partners, including creative agencies, market research providers and meeting organizers, to deliver high-quality, on-time outputs. - Promotional Asset Approval and Compliance: Lead the approval process with cross-functional partners; ensure all activities comply with internal policies and external codes, including the IPHA Code. - Senior Customer Engagement: Promote to senior and influential customers within defined key accounts, partnering on initiatives that shape current and future brand success. - Cross-Functional Leadership: Coach and influence team members across functions; model a culture of ethics, integrity and accountability; maintain strong links with regional/global marketing to share learning and elevate standards. Essential Skills/
Experience
- Degree or above qualified – scientific, marketing, business. - Strong commercial pharmaceutical experience with a strong performance track record. -
Experience
working in a customer facing environment. - Strong sales and/ or marketing leadership with a successful track record of growing market share. - Creative multichannel marketing capabilities together with rigorous commercial business sense. - Success working as part of cross-functional teams with great communication skills. - Pharma experience in sales or marketing. -

of the therapy area – including knowledge of the healthcare environment. -
