Job Summary** PPL Pharma Inc. is seeking a skilled and dedicated Manufacturing Technician to support the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products. This role involves executing manufacturing processes according to established protocols and ensuring compliance with GMP regulations. Job Responsibilities** * Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to mixers, blenders, tablet presses, encapsulation machines, and packaging lines. * Perform in-process checks and record data accurately according to batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Execute cleaning and sanitization of manufacturing equipment and production areas. * Prepare and stage raw materials and components for production runs. * Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report more complex problems to maintenance or supervisors. * Adhere to all safety guidelines, quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Complete all necessary documentation, including batch records, logbooks, and incident reports, in a timely and accurate manner. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and efficiency. * Assist with equipment calibration and preventative maintenance activities as required. * Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth production flow. Job Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or technical certification in a relevant field (e.g., manufacturing technology, biotechnology) preferred. * 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry. * Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulatory requirements. * Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data recording. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment. * Good communication skills, both written and verbal. * Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
